Well, on Saturday, a day that never got above 1 degree, in my office car park, I finally got around to retrofitting my heated and electric M Sports seats.
Apart from a small cut on my knuckle, and forgetting to replace one plastic cover on the connectors under the passenger seat, everything worked perfectly.
I also took the opportunity to hoover everything whilst the seats were out too!
I now have full electrics and the seats heat beautifully.
Thanks to fitting an airbag sensor bypass unit under the passenger seat, the airbag light did not come on at all, so no trip needed to the dealer to sort that one.
Can’t say how pleased I am to have got all this working. Even though this has been done before, I will put a write up on the forum when I get chance (I took plenty of photos).
