Had our E91 330d touring for 6 weeks & love the sheer torque & effortless cruising it offers but am stumped as to where a slight noise is coming from ?
On tickover with car in D or P there is a slight resonating noise heard from the central area between dash / bulkhead but not noticeable from engine area when bonnet is lifted .
Left the car with my BMW indy this week & collected today , He can hear it also but is insistent its not from engine,exhaust or transmission.
The minute the car revs over tickover it goes away or when car is moving there is no noise . Its not even heard by others until i point it out
Other than that all is well in my bavarian motor world
