Ok a few days ago my seatbelt warning light came on for the passenger seat, nobody sitting it / somebody sitting in it seatbelt buckled or not it didn't matter the light and bell was just on. Well like a dumbass I popped the airbag warning on removing the seat to install a suggested 270 ohm resistor into the seatbelt circuit.

Now that I have the 270 ohm resistor in the Airbag warning light has disappeared  but I still have the Seatbelt warning light and that @$$ %!@# bell lol.

Any ideas? Do I have enough resistance or too much? What do you suggest?

Well I found out the sensor it he seatbelt is made by VDO it a Hall Effect sensor part # 33022898D but I haven't found a source for it yet.

I'm getting BMW SSSV32 to just code the whole thing out but it would be nice to be able to figure out a fix without changing the seatbelt
