reset two service lights

Hi I have had a red service light come on now for a few weeks and presumed it was to do with Oil change (which I have just completed), however I have gone through the menu and these two are showing as red:

From googling I know the first is the exhaust stationery inspection light. Car has recently passed its MOT so I need to reset. Im not sure what the second one is, but again assuming its service/mot related. When looking to reset the first light all I find online is when you have IDrive, I dont. Anyone have a guide how to reset both please?

I’m sure those can both be reset from the memory accessed by pressing and holding the trip reset button.

I have tried that by holding down the button until the triangle appears, but then when I take my finger off the triangle just disappears

Keep it pressed until it goes to the service menu
