Hi, anyone know somewhere which can do this for me?

mine is currently configured for halogens, rain sensors and fog lights, but would need it changed to xenons, rain sensors and fog lights.

Also, happy to purchase one if anyone has a spare one for sale?

Can a halogen LCM (with headlight level switch ) even be programmed for Xenons (automatic levelling)

I also didnt think you could simply swap the LCM over as this stores information about your car - possibly the milage etc :?

Take a look at this thread where some time back a complete retrofit inc. LCM and sensors was done, reprogramming, etc. Might be worth contacting tom

I certainly know people have changed to xenon and reprogrammed the LCM to accept them, however that is probably more to do with accepting a 35w current draw of Xenon Vs 55W of halogen and not reporting a bulb out.

If doing the job I'd source a xenon LCM from a breakers and bolt the suspension 2 sensors on for a full oem job

Getting a new LCM is best, otherwise there will be the level adjustment which wont do anything. Well i would get a new one

You can sell yours on anyway

Thanks for the link CJ.

I had a quick look at the thread and there seems more to the project than i initally thought.

So an OEM Xenon mod will require:
- 2 x Xenon Headlights
- 1 x LCM
- 2 x Leveling senors (front and rear)
- 3(?) x brackets for the sensors
- 2 x Ballasts

I found the leveling sensors on realoem...

For that it looks like I need...

01 - 37146784696 - Level sensor
02 - 31121094088 - Bracket, level sensor, right
07 - 37146784697 - Level sensor
08 - 37141094996 - Bracket, level sensor, right
11 - 37141094982 - Bracket, level sensor, right

Correct? :?

Wiring for the sensors is already in place iirc.
stock xenons need Ballast, bulb and bulb connector (can't recall the correct term, but it's the cube on the back of the bulb)
Check if you have the brackets in place.

re wiring - that's good to know. :)

re bulb connector - do you mean part 3 in this diagram? If so, then it's a "Ignition element Xenon-light" (63126907489), which is about £65.

That's the bit I meant. Actually I may have some of those lying around :)

If you purchase a xenon light then all of parts 1 to 5 are separate 'extras'
