Replacement springs

What are the best replacement springs for front and back that are as close to OEM as possible? Are they still available from BMW?
 
Are they as good quality as the OEM ones? Do they keep the ride height? I cannot lower at all as my parking space is already only 1cm from scraping the bottom.
