Replacement Ignition Switch

Does anyone have a recommendation for replacement ignition switch,I think mine's on it's way out. I have started to get random lockouts where nothing happens when I turn the key to the start position, then after a few tries starts normally.

It's an E85 auto. At first I thought I'd found a starting lockout feature!

Are there any decent OEM brands out there people have used?

I changed mine about 5 years ago. Just bought a used one for a tenner from quarry motors and it’s been fine ever since.

Same is E46/E39

I also changed mine. Bought used so I got two just in case. First one is still working.

Replaced mine (electrical switch only) off ebay a couple of years ago, no problems since.
