Replacement Horn?

I don’t know if the standard horn is meant to be naff or not (or maybe mine is goosed) but I wondered if anyone has any sensible suggestions for a direct replacement that has a better tone and more befitting to the car?

Any thoughts?

e90 sound beefy, whether it is plug and play I dont know. Wouldn't be too hard to change the connector end if you could grab one from a scrappy.

The Z actually has 2 horns , both of which are susceptible to failure & from memory around £35 apiece to replace

Stebel nautilus are supposed to be loud, I've never heard one (knowingly anyway!).
I've always wanted a train / ship horn!

Fairly sure the connector is removable from these horns, so assuming you get the same brand (Bosch are they, or something else?) the connector can be swapped over. Might save paying the BMW tax on pre owned parts
