Replaced tatty centre caps & gave badges a 'red' facelift

bought a set of caps off ebay £9.99 and a pack of Red Overlay Decal stickers from the U.S for £7.70

I'm happy with the results, and if I change my mind I can just peel them off :)
 
they look good! wonder what they would look like on my White Z with red leather, brakes etc. its always annoyed me that the color scheme is red and white yet the badges are blue :thumbsdown:

have you got a link for the parts you ordered Marlon? might have to give it a go and see, i need new wheel badges anyway so might aswell buy a new set (Y)

I reckon the red badge looks great against white :thumbsup:
 
The orientation of the badge in the wheel is wrong, it needs to align with the BMW square badge at the top

Isn't it the opposite to that?

Wheel badge below the centre cap and not above?

TBH that's what I thought when I saw the thread, but when I found this I thought I must be wrong, but couldn't check my car. :headbang:

thats definately OCD lol

Mine still has the old style caps & not centered, once the new ones are purchased OCD levels will return to normal. Even my tyre fitter knows how I like them aligned :lol:
