Got to be said, could have done some more prep at the primer stage mate. Hope the end result is good, but as sim says, with that much clear, a good few days (you'll lose your s**t if you go at it and find a slightly soft spot).
If it were me I'd have attacked it with some paper after the primer, until I got a really very smooth finish, then re-primered and gone from there.
