Renovo Ultra Proofer Failed Water Test

Poped on a coat of Renovo yesterday very easy to apply and dried with a nice even finish.

Did the water test this morning and not impressed the water beaded and just sat there when i do the same test after using the AG Kit you get the same reaction as in the vid below fast forward to 1.50.

Any ideas ?

Maybe its to cold outside for this job not drying out enough they say 3 hours on the bottle there was a light shower around 5 hours after i had finished.
 
Mmm nasty kerb rash on the rear wheel of the Porsche! :( Have always used BMW treatment with good results. If you apply using reasonably hot water it reduces the creasing effect in the material - especially if you have had the roof down a lot (that's me and even in the cold for you Coupe whimps.... :P ) - a bit like steaming a suit.
 
Mine has never done that, even when new. Does it actually matter as such?

As long as it doesnt leak, probably not and at 70 mph (well perhaps a bit more sometimes) nobody can see the water beading of the roof.... :dance2:
 
Working fine now same reaction as in video must have needed longer to dry out correctly :D what i really like is it leaves no stains or marks if you get any on the bodywork or glass :thumbsup:
