Removing Front & Rear Bumpers + Headlight

When I bought my 35i it was immaculate. A week later someone bumped into the front right corner, scraping the bumper & headlight and pushing them out of position. This was done while parked outside a friends house. No cctv.
The whole bumper has moved a bit - not a lot, it looks fine if you don't look closely but the fit lines are all wrong now and the headlight has been adjusted to be in just about the right position but it's at the limit of it's adjustment.
About a month later, someone has bumped into the back of it. There is a mark in the middle of the rear bumper and at one end it is just a little out of position. Again, not caught on cctv.
The front bumper & headlight scrape has mostly polished out and I will be getting it and the rear bumper sprayed in the spring.

I'd like to get it back to looking immaculate again so this spring I plan to get both bumpers and the headlight off, repair/straighten all the mounting points and refit. Is this a simple thing to do? Are there any guides anywhere that will help with this?
