removing emblems, adhesive?

i would like to remove my 3.0i and z4 emblem from my car cause i want a cleaner look. im guessing its just adhesive underneath?
is there anything i can clean the adhesive with that wont do damage to my paint?
 
Tardis removes most glues and adhesives - Alternatively anything with a lot of orange oil in it is good, if you have a branch near you, Lakeland Sticky Stuff Remover is excellent
