Removal of under engine panels

Hi,

I'd like to remove the plastic panels you find under the engine so I can access the back of the front grills. Has anyone done this already and have any useful tips?

Just a few 8mm bolts on the underside, will take about 4 minutes.

If you need good access, you can have the whole bumper off in 10 minutes

Much easier to take the panel off the top, if its the same as the 2.3i which I presume it is

Fairly easy ish to access when taking the top panel off
