There are probably lots of local places but, if you don't mind an hour's drive, Platinum in Swindon are brilliant - I take mine there and I'm further away than you

the wheel specialist in fareham. dropped my mondeo st wheels off there last week to be re-diamond cut. picking them up next week, but a friend has used them in the past and the results were really good
 
I would also recommend Platinum in Swindon they did a great job on my wheels and didn't even charge extra for repair to the rim which had a chunk out courtesy of a pothole.
 
I used the Wheel Specialist once to get a couple of dents out of a wheel. I was happy with them.
 
There's somewhere in Woolston that does powdercoating at a very good price - you'll have to have the tyres removed/refitted elsewhere though. Have a look in the yellow pages, or Google for their name.

Otherwise, I have used The Wheel Specialist (Segensworth) too, although I found them a little pricey.
