That's unsettling - I wonder if it will apply to the UK as well?

I hope not - my E86 is a 2006 and my 330i is a 2005 model! :o

No harm in checking it out I guess, but I wouldn't lose sleep over an extremely rare case of a rare case to begin with.
 
I had mine done May 15, 2019.
The Dealership needed the Zed for most of the day.

+1 Its the cold climate version of the PCV that's heated and has an electrical element. We never had this over here, its only on US/Canadian cars so folks can rest easy in the UK.
