Rear trailing arm bushes

I've a 3.0i new springs all round and new front and rear Sachs shocks but feel the back end is loose, front end is a bit like my school report card could do better
What's good these days for road use and is it fairly straightforward DIY or better giving it to a garage ?
I was looking to change and see what difference they all do
It's sitting at 90,000 miles

Getting the trailing arm down is simple enough but pushing the old bush out can be a sheet of a job. I've bent and threaded two cheap presses in the past. For the cost of buying a descent press I just take it to a garage.

If you're going for road use I'd personally stick with rubber OEM or good brand. Poly bushes might be easy to fit but are too hard and just emphasise the old rattles elsewhere IMO.
