Rear tire sizes..

Hi!
Next step - getting tires for my new CSL 19" rims (BM Autosport).

Fronts will be 235/35-19 but.. Will 265/35-19 fit at the rears?

It makes me wonder; why of all Z4's EVERYBODY'S gone for 265/30-19 even tho they're 3% smaller (diameter) than the originals, when 265/35-19 is only 1% larger diameter..?

If anything, I'd like higher gearing and more rubber on the rears, not the reverse.

Would 1% bigger diameter rub the arches? Any clue's?

Thanx, they must be the most spot on diameters!
However with the rims being 8,5 & 9.5" I was thinking a tad wider tires.
So again, are the rears a tight fit or roomy..?
 
i've 265/30/19 et33 and i'd say 265/35 would be fine on mine tbh you're talking 0.5" in height/arch gap
