Rear third Brake light - E86 Fix

So recently I noticed the 4 LEDs on right where intermitently working, but if they was off pressing on the plastic turned them on

Its easy enough to get to LED unit, take panels off 2 screws where parcel shelf clicks in, 2 screws in hand holes, rest are clips

5 x 8mm deep socket to remove unit, and it can be pushe out, theres 2 little clips

The ends are the hardest to unclip, I heated them up in the hope not to break them off








All the components are through hole, simply applied new solder to them all, cleaned with IPA, then clipped it all back together

Cleaned hole in boot and around the plastic of dirt and its all working
