Rear subframe removal

How easy is it to remove ? I have hopefully just surface rust very unsightly at the back end and looking to get it blasted and powder coated, change all bushes, rusty springs ,arb and put on my new Sachs shocks all ready for the nice spring weather

It is a big job but not difficult, drop the exhaust system, heat baffles, reinforcement plate, disconnect the driveshaft, disconnect the axle shafts at the hubs, disconnect the upper and lower control arms at the hubs, disconnect the rear sway bar at the control arms, get a jack under the diff and lower it down as a unit.
You need to get the dedicated tool for removal/install of the subframe bushings.

This is a link to an excellent thread on subframe refurbishment by Gazhyde from a year ago. Pretty much all you need to know

That thread is exactly what I'd like to do or ideally have someone do for me. I enjoy my own trade especially complex or tricky work but when it comes to cars I prefer it simple
A semi retired mechanic with a garage or spare bay to leave the car would suit me best but no luck finding one yet
