rear soft top rubber seal

i have been looking into a new roof, as mine is less than perfect, but the main problem is that the rear rubber seal seems shot as i have a hole either side of the car behind the windows.. it now seems that even a new roof doesn't come with a new seal.
so...where can i get a new rubber roof seal ?

i have managed to settle the rubbers a little due to the excellent help from our Aussie contingency but closer inspection reveals a buggered roof . Its ripped both sides. it dont look too bad when the roof is up, but there are gaping holes for the rain to fall in, im guessing the roof was too tight and something had to give somewhere ...

glad the rubbers (ha) fit on better.

Hmm that tear you have in the first pic looks bad but realistically, I don't think it will hurt too much even when it rains. The only things under it is the drain hole since its the RHS. You can always duck your hand - of if you can fit it, your head - in through the middle of the hoops (with the roof up) after a heavy rain and check if there's any water build up but my guess would be none as it all flows directly out unless its blocked.
