rear shocks torque settings

Hi all
Im planning on replacing all the shocks/struts over the christmas period - weather permitting. Not done this before so ive watched a couple of vids on youTube and read a few threads on here but ive come up with different numbers from different sources. Quite probably because i dont nessesarily know the names of the actual suspension parts im looking at!

Ive read EViS's thread regarding front torque settings and got directed to the TIS website for the rear torque settings. I think i have the correct settings for the rear (3.0si sport e85). But as im not overly familar with the actual names of some of the parts, i was hoping someone might be able to confirm they are correct..

i think i need just these 3 settings to replace just the struts?

large bolt which clamps the bottom of the strut - 100Nm
the nut on top of the new shock - 22Nm
the three nuts connecting the strut mount - 24Nm

is that right?
cheers
dani

All you need to know here :

The bottom shocker bolts (100Nm) should be replaced with new ones and ensure you jack up the suspension arm or put the car back down on its wheels before torqueing them fully

right, new bolts, got it.
so it seems the 'self locking plate nut' doesn't need to be 'torqued' – but the one ion the front shocks does?
