Rear shock Top Mounts

I take it after 20 years a good course of action is to replace the rear shock mounts when you change rear shocks?

For the slight cost increase and the fact you're already in there at the point you're changing the shocks, I did.

Didn't replace the washers mind, figured a piece of metal is just a piece of metal and they hadn't rusted away. Top mount, shock, bumpstop and the bolt from memory.

I agree with Caius, you might as well while you've got easy access to them.

My E90 needed new rear shocks when it was 15 years old and the top mounts were very tired.
