Rear Quarter Panel Removal

Hi all,

Unfortunately, I recently got a nasty dent on the rear right quarter panel of my otherwise mint 2011 manual.
I took it to a specialized PDR shop, and they said they would need access to both sides of the panel to restore it.
They gave me a crazy estimate assuming they will need to dismantle half of the car, which I suspect is overly conservative.
I could not find instructions of how to remove the rear quarter panel to counter their offer.
Has anyone tried it and/or can share work instructions?

Look for panels on ebay and will see the bolt hole layout.

It seems it would require removal of rear bumper and headlights. Could you confirm?
