Rear Light - oddity ?

Hi,

Was just looking at changing my rear bulbs and found something odd. Car is an 09 sDrive 23i.

According to the manual there are two types of user replaceable bulb:
Rear Fog: H21W
Rear Brake/Reverse: W16W

From left to right as you look at the car it should go:
H21 - W16 - W16 ---- W16 - W16 - H21

I appear to have a H21 in the place of the inner brake on the drivers side. Thus:
H21 - W16 - W16 ---- H21 - W16 - H21

Drivers Side:

Is this right ? Does anyone else have this or has the previous owner done something odd here ?

Actually I think I have this too - will go out and check at some point
