Rear bumper cover - differences

Are there any external signs to distinguish between a pre and post facelift REAR bumper cover? I of course appreciate the light profile is different but am not sure if that would be visible unless stood side by side or even attempt fitted.

Could a facelift M style be fitted to a pre facelift and then a modified 4 exit exhaust added?

Any interesting alternatives around?

Just dreaming as I only have 2 or 3 projects in production at the moment....

Thanks - I'd seen that some time back but can't see any obvious differences. Guess it's more subtle than the front end...

prefacelift oval shape line on the lower part of the bumper and rounded corners
post facelift..subtle, smaller oval shape on the lower part and edgy on the corners
