Very good spacious garage, excellently made, easy to erect. Everything numbered and a video online on how to erect. Can be done on your own but two people recommended. Best money I have spent.

I got concrete as a base so used thick and long bolts and rawl plugs. They supply you with fixings for gravel and also earth. The fixings are really secure.enuff_zed said:
I had one of these at my old place a few years ago, they are ideal as a work shelter or temporary storage, but suffer from a LOT of condensation in cold damp weather, to the extent that drops will fall on the car. I ended up using a cover over the car and leaving the door part open to ventilate it which worked from a moisture point of view but meant the thing was liable to take off in stormy weather as wind entered! Mine was on a hard standing and I'd imagine that putting it on grass or gravel would introduce even more damp, dehumidifiers are probably not an answer in an unsealed 'outdoor' tent.
To sum up they are great when used as intended as a temporary garage but I'd not recommend one as long term 'dry' storage, you may be better off with a good cover under a fixed car-port structure.

Funnily enough I bought a similar type garage for my Morgan before new garage got built. The Z4M has to put up with living outside!
As a cautionary note, these can easily take off in high winds. I had anchored down according to the instructions, but awoke one morning to find the garage about 100ft away upside down over a hedge in next door field. Morgan escaped with only one 6 inch scratch which was quite amazingly lucky.
I recommend "dog anchors". They are huge metal corkscrews that tie in to the ground then use ratchet tie downs. I mounted them inside and pulled the metal roof bars down. All been fine since then. Bought half a dozen from ebay with ratchets for about £25.

The trick is to make sure the foundation is solid first. Mine is erected over concrete, the corkscrews were supplied but they are only for erecting on earth.
I screwed in oversized rawl plugs with large/deep bolts. Then reinforced the door bottom and rear with scaffolding rods, only after I had a paranoid attack that it might fly off into the sunset in strong winds.
