Rattling wind deflector

Not the middle section but one of the sections that fits inside the roll hoop

I need something to make it a tighter fit - is there some kind of silicone sealant I could use? Tried some sticky fabric pads and they didn't cure it
 
I had this problem as well. I thought it was the plastic inside the hoop but turned out it was actually the bottom "frame" part that was rattling when I went over any sort of bump. I put a little bit of blu-tak underneath it to stop any movement and it did the trick. There's probably a better solution but you can't see it so why not.
 
Clear silicone sealer is exactly what I used. Few minor 1" long beads out of sight lines. Been on 5 years and never rattled since
