Rattle from interior light

Hi there, i have a v annoying rattle from interior light, seems to have got worse during winter.

I'm sure I read it was common somewhere but I can't find the thread for my life.

Anyone know what it is or even point me to the thread?

I've not noticed it being complained of a lot, but I'm not that thorough when I scan for threads of interest. You might just need to adjust the spring clips so they grip tighter. Some small strategically located felt pads may help too. Hopefully it's not inside the light itself, most of the interior is inaccessible.
