rattle from Air con compressor

Hi Guys

i noticed at the weekend the Clutch plate on front of the air con compressor is rattling. Can this be tightened?? or is this a replacement unit?? if so is this a DIY or stealer job?

Can Anyone advise please :thumbsup:
