Some people on here do more in a day than I do some weeks!! Great worth ethic!

I try to stick to 2-3 hour sets 2-3 times a week. However the marketing side of things is starting to take over my life.

Never have a typical week as I don't have a set office location, but on average around 75 hours a week for work and travel.

office out and about most of the week leave 5-30 in the morning time can vary when I get back average 18:00 hrs but do work straight thro to 4 or 5 the following morning

Some hard working people on here, being self employed dictates how long I work.Somedays I leave home at 8:15 and I might be back by 12 or I might be home at 3,just depends how much work I've got.

Leave home around 6.45am arrive work just after 7am. Knock off at 3.10pm. I try not to do more than 7hrs.30mins. Lifes too short to be sat at work, plenty of other things do :)

Some people drive ridiculous distances to work, personally I think they're mad, I couldn't imagine anything worse traipzing up down a motorway every day

Tim.

I'm pretty in the middle ... Leave at 7.20, get home around 6.30-7.00pm. There's a 50 minute (30 miles each way) commute, and quite an intense day of work in between that. Driving the zed in these dark days is one of the few things that is getting me out if bed and through the day!
