Random alarm going off!!

Evening All
Bought bonnet alarm sensor yet awaiting bmw to pull thumbs out and send it

In mean time it's randomly going off so fingers crossed it's that
Anyone else has this issue?

Mine does it marc. Especially when weather is hot. Not sure if bonnet expands/ contracts in heat and alarm goes off

New sensor here soon I hope

Pulled plug on sensor
