Radio Stuck On Phone

Hi,

I turned on my car this morning and noticed that it says 'Phone' on the display. I can't seem to get to either the Radio, CD or AUX as it seems to be frozen on 'Phone'.

I tried making a call from my phone but it actually does not seem to be connected (usually is).

I tried turning off the car and back on but it didn't resolve it... any other ideas that i could try?

Had this once on my first Z4. Disconnect the negative battery terminal for a short while and then reconnect. This will hopefully clear the problem.

You will need to reset the window auto open and close function afterwards by opening and closing each window fully and holding the button for a few seconds when in the fully closed position.

Cool, thanks... would disconnecting the battery cause any other problems... especially with the electrics?

I think i know why it jammed... i had bluetooth headphones in the car and i remember when i took a call the phone wasn't sure which to put it through, the headphones or the car kit.
