At last I'm the proud owner of an '05 E85. I drove it home in the slush on a busy M25 this afternoon and it didn't miss a beat. Having never driven this beautiful car, I was trepidatious at first, but my fears soon evaporated with the salt.
My only gripe is the fact that, although a wonderful Sat/Nav screen unfolds itself, as I turn the ignition, I have no idea of how to operate it, as there is no info in the bumf I was given by the dealership, which is not affiliated to BMW.
Do I pop along to the nearest dealership, or can I obtain it through some other means? The same problem goes for the radio tuning.
Before someone mentions that I really must send some photos of said Z4, it was cold, dark, snowing when I returned home, so that will have to wait.
I look forward to any help.
