Radio and cd changer not going to sleep

Turn ignition off and cd changer still make a noise, think this is the cause of flat battery. any ideas. plus need radio code.
 
Are you 100% sure its not going to sleep? They can take a while to disengage after the ignition is off. I think mine actually fires up when I open the door, so if you haven't already, give it 15 mins or so and check (this may involve just sitting in the car until all modules stop whirring!).
 
Do they need radio codes? I have disconnected my head unity to install the bluetooth dongle and plugged it all back in and no code needed? E85 facelift with business CD (No pop up screen)

If thats the case, then to stop the battery running down constantly, maybe take the CD changer cassette out or if all else fails, pull the fuse.
