Racing dynamics headers for m54 2.5

Hi everyone.
As I’m starting to look at exhaust options I was looking at the racing dynamics headers for the m54 2.5 here : https://www.racdyn-usa.com/PROD/130+08+54+365.html and I’m wondering if there’d be any issues or codes to worry about being thrown with it deleting the cats. Is anyone here running this at all?
And just out of dumb curiosity what’s the difference in headers from the auto vs manual transmission as I’m noticing this is listed manual only.

I’ve heard the r/h drive steering knuckle gets in the way of the pipes, they’re designed for l/h drive cars

I’m in the US here so I guess I lucked out being on the wrong side for this, but now wondering if it’ll work with mine being an auto so I’m wondering on the header differences if any.
