OK so this weekend saw me travel to a new customer who wanted his Range Rover Sport looking amazing for a wedding he had this weekend!
The vehicle was inspected and the paintwork was in an extremely poor condition. The whole vehicle was swirled to such an extent that the car looked grey!
Firstly the car was snow foamed using #ValetPro - PH Neutral Snow Foam. Once left for 5 minutes, the car was rinsed and washed using #AutoGlym shampoo. I then used the two bucket method and a #Meguiars microfibre mitt. Once the wash was complete the car was dried. Once dry the full extent of the paint could be examined.
The vehicle was then tapped up and made ready for polishing. This was taken care of using a #DodoJuice - Fin Cut Polishing Pad and some #3M Perfect-it III Extra Fine Compound. some panels did require a pass with a heavier polish and pad to get the level of correction required.
Once polishing was completed the car was washed and snow foamed again and treated with #CarPro Eraser - Intense Oil and Polish Cleanser to remove any oils from the polishing stage.
The wheels then got treated to some #ValetPro - Dragons Breath! Tyres also got treated with some #Meguiars High Gloss Tyre gel using a foam applicator.
Then onto the plastic trim. I used a product called #AutoFinesse - Revive Trim Dressing which gave awesome results on the rear plastic quarter panels.
The whole vehicle was then treated with some #Collinite 476S - Super Doublecoat Auto Wax leaving a great finish and an extremely happy customer!
