Quick question

Guys

This morning on the way to work, while I was stationary in traffic, the car behind me rolled into my car at very low speed!

There is a tiny mark on my rear bumper no dent or anything else. Question is, do I need to worry about any hidden damages? Everything looks okay but can't be sure.

Your thoughts are appreciated.

My wife rolled into the back of another car and I thought there was no damage to her car and when it went to the garage the damage was in excess of £1000. You've been warned.

I guess the only thing back there are the Parking sensors and aerial if you have the TV module fitted - check to see if they function?

can you estimated the speed which the other car had when it was touching yours?
i recently read that 4km/h doesn't harm the bumper at all and the things behind the bumper can resists 15km/h without any deformation.

It was just a gentle touch probably below 5 mph! Might call the garage in the morning and see what they will say.

Check the panel lines and pdc. If all okay you should be fine. If theyre anything like a Z3 they have internal plasric grommets that can take a certain amount of flex. So long as the lines are all still equal I reckon youll be okay (save for a paint buff).
