Thought I'd give the car a very quick going over
with the qd to see if it lives up to the beading hype when it rains now I've clayed the car:
please ignore the niggles on the car!. This is what was the smashed up side and is far from finished. Front and rear bumper and the skirts need paint. And the wheels are desperately begging me to fix them!

very tedious work rubbing thick primer down properly but I'll be getting on it tomorrow and probably start on the m wheels next week. I'm thinking of a satin metallic grey/gunmetal as some of tbem are described. Just need to experiment with some matting agent for my 2k clear to get the desired effect.
