Quite sure they are identical. Why what you doing planing a refurb? I am after fitting the LSD in my 3.0l at some point.
So I was thinking that as I intend to replace all the bushes (see earlier thread) it would be nice to powder coat all the parts at the same time.
The M3 rears (excluding diff) come up quite frequently for relative peanuts so, as mine is a daily driver and I can't do without it for more than a day or so, I thought it would be easier to get another one to do all the coating/bush replacement and then just pay my local spanners the labour to swap them out. I figure the cost of the second rear end (I recently missed a set up on ebay that went for c£180) will be more than covered by the labour saving.
But Just looking at the training arms, the part #'s are different.
