Hey all,
I recently purchased a 2004 Z4 3.0l and its been nothing but problem after problem and most I've been able to identify the cause and fix it however I came across a pretty large amount of oil in the boot the other day in the battery and amp compartment and I can't for the life of me figure out where its come from and the cause of it.
My first suspicion was perhaps the oil is coming from the roof motor as I've heard the drains can clog up and begin pouring into the boot and eventually killing the roof motor in the passenger side panel however I can't seem to confirm that at this time.
If anyone has any idea where this oil may be coming from and what the probable cause is that would be great!
