Protecting data on the idrive

My girl is going into a paint workshop tomorrow for some touching up of stone chips.

Is there any way I can deny access to the data on the idrive perhaps with a PIN?

Have scrolled through the fields and as far as I can tell it’s not possible if someone has the key?

Would be happy to be proved wrong

I’m concerned that say an employee would have access to my contacts, telephone numbers and some addresses from journey data for instance.

There are very strict rules about theft but have had shopping vouchers stolen whilst in a BMW franchise garage for a service
