Just booking my coupe in for its Inspection 1 service, & went to the Elms Stansted website to get their phone number & noticed that they offer to price match non-authorised garages for normal servicing.
So I got a quote of £175 plus VAT from the local indie, & then phoned Elms.
The initial price quoted was £390, so I asked about their price-match promise. They immediately offered to do it for £210 incl VAT.
Result!
So it goes in tomorrow.
This is the bit where everyone tells me Elms are sh#t and they wouldn't trust them to service a wheelbarrow!
