Premium service parts?

Hello, sorry if these question's have been asked a lot.
After a great euro-trip incl The Ring etc, I'm closing to my first service and I will do most of it myself.
What is THE best:
1. Spark plug
2. Gearbox oil
3. Diff oil (oh the whine..)
.. for our beloved Z4M?

Will eventually need a new flywheel(+clutch) too, what's the best source outside official BMW?

Cheers!

Plugs - NGK DCPR8EIX
Gearbox oil - Red Line MTL
Diff oil - MOTUL Gear Competition 75W-140 Racing

Just a few options :)

Thanx! :)
Yes slightly on the overrun (off throttle) but my friends low milage 3.0si does the same so I suppose it's ok?
Just want to reduce it as much as possible..

My garage sells the Castrol Syntrax Limited Slip 75W-140 for the differential.

Any good as opposed to the Motul..?

Without serious analysis any oil recommendations are pretty subjective - if it meets the spec then it's as good as OEM. I've used Castrol for both the box and diff on mine (admittedly different grades).
Personally I'd be going BMW for the plugs - I've heard odd things about matching OEM plugs (e.g. Bosch) not being identical - service life is good and I doubt you'd see much of a performance benefit.

Don't forget brake fluid if it's not been changed in a while...

O yes brake fluid changed before the trackdays and Nurburgring, after the CDV removal (not that this made a huge change - the usual 'forum hype'? :) ).

Has your friends 3.0si got an LSD?

The plugs looked like they were factory original.. Completely round!
Needless to say new iridium's felt like 20 new hp! :)

Also got these into the box & diff, will await the results.
