Hi Guys, i need to change front silent block since they are almost gone (position 1), it's also good to do the rear for not having imbalance between the front and the back (position 3)?

Replacing a worn RTAB (Position 3) Makes a massive difference to the way the car drives just make sure you get a wheel alignment afterwards. I can't say if a Powerflex is better than stock as I went from a crusty worn part to a powerflex unit and it stiffened things up massively.

As for if you need to do both the RTAB and the Lollypops at the same time not sure, if they are worn I would say it wouldn't hurt.

I have also done the ARB bushes 2 and 4 on your drawing, not sure how much of difference they made as I did then when I did the RTABs.

What tools did you use to get them out and in? I need to get these and there seem to be so many of them about

I used this tool from Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0B2BZWKK1?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details but ended up sending it back as the M10 screw got all galled up and the bearing went while I was using it.

I think I figured out what happened, there is a lip inside of the RTAB and the pressing cup caught on the lip and twisted casing the screw to jam. If you and push the bush from the inside of the car towards the outside you should miss this lip and not have a problem. Use lots of penetrating lube as the metal casing of the old bush freezes to the trailing arm.

I didn't have to use anything to press the new ones back in with as I got powerflex as I didn't want to mess around with the OEM bushes and RTAB limiters or Shims.

It's much easier to buy new lollipops (1) with rubber bushes, unless you have access to a proper press.

Whereas it's much easier to fit Powerflex RTABs (3) than rubber ones, as rubber ones require pre-loading. And Powerflex RTABs come with limiters built in.
