powerflex bushes

HI all

Can anyone tell me which size lower arm front bushes fit a 2003 3.0 ,are there the 60mm or the 66mm and are there the same as the e46 ones ?

Car went in for a service today and the guy straight away said that the front bushes need doing and then proceed to show me how much travel there was by moving the wheel backward and forward , quiet alarming, the near side worst then the off side, the price to replace them £180 + vat so thanks but no thanks ill do them my self.
 
Mine are 66mm on an 04 3.0 so would imagine yours are the same, check www.realoem.com. They are the same as the E46 because I did the same thing on my old one!

Dropped the car off tonight, pick it up tomorrow so will ask them , i thought there price was expensive as the bushes can be purchased for about £50 and cant take more then a hour to fit........
