Power Supply in a Z4

I am trying to find power for my iPod, GPS and HomeLink and found this on eBay:

It's an auxiliary power adapter converting the flashlight socket to a 12V socket, but it lists the Z4 as one of the models that it can be used on. I have a 2006 Z4. I can't use this adapter, right?

It says all Z4. That or you can just by an auto adapter from Apple. My GPS came with an auto adapter and it fits just fine but are you talking a separate connector in the glove box or something or the cigarette lighter?
 
I think it's for other BMW's that have a built in flashlight or torch in the glovebox. You plug one half of this adapter into where the flashlight plugs in and the other half is like a female cigarette lighter socket. It would help a great deal if I were able to use this adapter, but I've looked and don't seem to see anywhere that I can plug it in. Sorry for ending a sentence with a preposition.
 
It wont work, I knicked the torch out of my 3 series when I chopped it in, but there is nowhere to use it in the Z4
 
I bet C10Jeeper has something rigged up in his boot, glove-box, or armrest storage compartment :P
