Potential new e89 35is - Are these things normal?

For ref. i just bought 4 GY asymmetric 5's non rft, 18 inch, £347 delivered. I get my favorite fitter to fit them £60.
So try get that knocked off the price.

OP.
The headlight condensation and aircon issue could be caused if the car has been standing/ not used for a long period. E89 headlights do mist up quite easily, but the heat from the Xenon headlights evaporates it and it usually disperses (mine had condensation when I got it but it hasn't come back). If it has condensation in the rears, that is more of a concern.
The aircon CAN easily leak refrigerant if not used for a long period with no other issues (it's down to a neoprene seal which relies on the a/c compressor being run to keep it lubricated. It can dry out and shrink if left unused for a period. It can then re-seal once used again). One simple way to tell if there is a major issue is to start the car and put the a/c on. If it lights up and you hear the compressor click in and notice a change in engine note then the compressor is running, which means it has some refrigerant in the system. That is a good sign. If there is a problem anywhere else there will be no refrigerant in it so the compressor would not cut in.
The tyres, as said, is not on. For safety there should be matching tyres on an axle. It isn't illegal not to have this, but should be. Checking the MOT history may shine some light on the tyre issue. It probably failed an MOT (or was an advisory) because of tyres, so someone changed them for the cheapest they could find.
I doubt you will get £600-800 of new tyres from any dealer for the asking price. You might get a set of Chinese budgets at a push.
