Potential clutch problem

I have a 07 3.0 SI roadster with 35K miles on clock.
I only have to let the clutch pedal up a small amount and I'm away. There is no slippage.This has caused me to stall a few times on a hill reversing out side of my house.
I gather the clutch has no adjustment?

Had the same problem on a e36 328 years ago. Ended up being a faulty slave cylinder. Could try bleeding the system first to see if that helps.
