I have had a quick look on this forum and while the question has been asked before I cannot see a sensible answer
Can you convert a 2.5i to a 2.5si.?
Some people say it si three stage intake manifold, some say straight engine map, I have even seen variable exhaust manifolds.
What I have not seen is a sensible authoritative answer. I know with the combined knowledge on here and the wider web that someone knows. Please help all us 2.5i drivers to get that little bit more fun from our cars.
Please can someone give guidance as the engines seem very similar to me (I have owned both in my time)
